Matthew 21:12-22

Mark 11:12-19

Luke 19:45-48

Mark 11:25 (NLT): 25 But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.”

Jesus doesn’t like “fakes” or “fakers.” Why? Because faking it robs Him of His glory.

Forgiveness isn’t easy, but it is possible and it is worth the sacrifice. Jesus know it is so and He wants you to and me to know it is so too.

The tree looked healthy, but was barren. It looked healthy from a distance, but it did not bear live refreshing fruit.

The world craves forgiveness and is skeptical that forgiveness for their sin is possible.

You and I are the chosen “trees” that are to allow others to experience the reality of forgiveness. Don’t rob yourself and others of God’s glory.

Forgive as you have been so graciously forgiven.
